A user on the 5/23 build week thread indicated that their vehicle was shipped and due for arrival next week.
Has anyone in this 5/2 group received an update from their dealer?
Pretty certain he was joking as he also said he called in to Farley too.

What build group are you in for the 5/2 week? I recall there's a group that's in the 400s, and then the /194 group (which is the one I'm in)

I was in the 194 group…maybe 160
Something out of 194. I can’t access the window sticker anymore for some reason.

well the 4/18 Build guys are close to a month since Production with no delivery. Are we looking at Mid June for us?

Also, I am wondering if Ford was waiting on reviews to make adjustments? For example, the one pedal driving or the gauge cluster not showing kWH when charging? I know these are things that can be change OTA but I’m sure they want to deliver the Truck with it right off the bat.

I'm okay as long as we get it before the end of June. There's a very good possibility that the $7,500 tax credit might run out at the end of June. And then we'll be looking at half after that.

I'm wondering if they are waiting for a new quarter to start so they delay going over 200k ev sales.

I seriously doubt that. They would have a lot of pissed off people if they wait all the way until July to deliver the first trucks.

He's my visibility from yesterday showing that the same Pending Sign Off statement as everyone else. You can see it was built in the 10th and nothing since.

It would seem that this "sign-off" is suspiciously similar to the "OKTB" thing. What's that about? If OKTB has already been achieved then what are they waiting for?

What fresh Hell is this?!?!

If you have 5/10 in the production part of the tracker, that means your truck has been produced and came off the line on 5/10. Your just waiting like the rest of us for the truck to ship before it goes to the build stage.

Tom of insideevs podcast today seemed to suggest deliveries would start monday 5/16.

So if things start moving that day, then it's officially the start.
I started watching that video. At what time stamp did he talk about this possible 5/16 date?

According to my calculations, just a small shift in the number of orders "sold" (delivered and financially finalized) by June 30th would buy Ford an extra quarter of $7,500 Tax Credits next year. So our pain now will certainly help many more buyers for the 2023 Lightning (a time when production ramps up). I am feeling especially generous with this Great Spring Weather and I know I will be able to still road trip this Summer.

So, you are Welcome 2023'ers! ;)

BTW: Today I got shifted 6/13 to 6/20 :cautious:

I haven't looked at the delivery numbers, but I do respect Ford for a move like this and would wait on my truck a few weeks to help out. Pushing a few thousand to the next quarter could help tons of folks with at least some rebate down the road. Think about if they trip the point late in the quarter then the clock is ticking. If they tip it at the beginning of the next quarter then it pushes 3 months and the assembly lines we hope have thousands rolling off each week vs hundreds.

The could just prioritize some Canadian trucks for a few weeks or just hold them on lots, either way, it could help thousands of customers down the road.
