I called Ford marketing and the person there said the dealer has to complete a form to get the charger to ship?

Sunrun called me early on in the process about the big install. Told them I already had a charger from prior vehicles and they were perfectly nice and said they would update their notes so that they wouldn’t bother me. They held to that and I didn’t receive any more calls.
Fast forward a bit and I took delivery of the truck June 21 and had the address confirmation email on June 25. No ship email yet though.

Very nice! Also everything within 2 weeks time. Now for the Ford $500 GC and extra 250kwh…hopefully that will be deliver shortly. Lucky guy!

Naturally, as soon as I responded I got an email that the charger is shipped and to be delivered 7/1.

No email or other info about the $500 and extra charging. Ford Pass still sitting at 250. Granted they aren’t really missing the delivery window on the charger by much in my case, although I do think it should be in the back seat on dealer pickup.

@stuff……did you get the $750 ca. clean fuel rewards upon signing purchase contract? My dealer left mine off and I had them redo the contact the next day with the $750 off the contract.

Charger installed by SunRun subcontractor and charging at 80A!!

Ford Pass App and the FCSP setup app not connecting The charge station is not visible in the app. I have tried cycling the power, an Android device, an Apple device, tried adding it manually without the setup app, etc. Nada...nothing. This is likely not an install issue since it is working just fine. If anyone has any insight or has dealt with this issue, I would love to hear the solution.

Are you getting (pulsing white )on the ford wall charger. See attached photo.
if you are getting the pulsing white light, log on your ford pass app, go to account..upper right.
then to charge station.
hit getting started..
select charging station
follow instructions

let me know if that works.
