Same here. I was thinking about removing the vehicle then Re-adding it to see if anything changes (or if it lets me try to reactivate again). But I’m too afraid of trying if it breaks anything lol

I’m seeing the same thing…WiFi only. I tried that several times…last time last night…..no change….WiFi only.

The “missing“ features in the app don’t appear to be the result of being on a hold…chip or QC. My last updated VVR (verified today) on 6/30 states: “Primary Status: Awaiting Shipment at Ramp 59, Dearborn Truck, MI. Secondary Status: Released. Delivery ETA window of Aug-02-2022 to Aug-08-2022”

So I got curious, and looked up my new truck on Oasis (I had to lookup something for my other vehicle anyway), and I confirmed that I indeed do have the smart scale, and the smart hitch. The good thing is that I remembered to do this before my time ran out, but the sad thing is that I ran out of time unless I want to pay $$ again for access.

Same here...I figure I won't see these until they fix all the problems with my truck. Only then will I see a build date.

The demo unit that we secured (and is about to be delivered to a dealership) shows WiFi, Scales, and Smart Hitch.

I also suspect if you try to activate and get 'Feature Unavailble', it's because you are under some type of cover and can't access satellites (I know the mannequin is on a train right now).

I removed and tried re-adding yesterday, figured my old attempt had timed out on the truck - immediately went to “feature unavailable” when I tried to add it back. Removed the truck last night and just re-added it, back to “pending”. Seems like there’s a timer that won’t let you do it right away.

I too still just have Activation Pending on my truck for the last 3 weeks, with only WiFi showing. But, on a good note, US build tracker shows this, no email tho...still hanging july 18th-24th to Virginia

Good Morning

The first image is the US tracker the second is the Canadian tracker. These were done moments apart.

Moral of the story...the Canadian tracker has better news!

As far as I know my truck is parked at Ramp 59. It will be enroute to Delaware then NJ. I'm able to see all of the deliveries to my delaership via the United Road site. I also get email updates which is nice. I'm able to see my truck on there but it's listed as inactive.

I'm hoping that folks receive good news today!

The 'no built' club is getting lonely...five of us left! The good news I had today was my activation request was denied this morning.

Take another look here to see if the projected delivery window has been pushed back, we have seen several in the Auto-Trader study which are over-due get revised ETA's!!

I received the "shipped" email at 1:51AM. Still cannot view the window sticker any longer. The FordPass app will not activate and only shows wifi as a potential option.

I plan to reach out to the dealer today to see if there is any additional information on the VVR such as rail car traking.

Received the SHIPPED e-mail and status is showing as Shipping in OrderTrack and the Canadian Tracker. Fantastic news to start the day!
