Have you received your Ford Charge Station Pro?

I think the process for receiving the FCSP is different in Canada. Has anyone received theirs yet? How long after delivery did you have to wait to receive it?

I got my order email Aug 10th and placed the order and got confirmation on the 12th, absolutely nothign since, and i took delivery of truck on Monday.

I jsut sent an email to them asking about status and if im getting a $750 in gift cards and why does Canada not get the free 250Kwh of free charging?

I asked my dealer and they didn't mention anything about when I would get it or if I would get any gift cards. I was able to activate my Blue Oval Network free trial online but I haven't actually tried it out yet.

I got a reply back from Ford. Apparently the chargers have arrived at the warehouse and are to be shipped out this week. But no, on the 750 and no reply on the 250Kwh

Well there are issues it seems with the latest batch, the wifi password, used to do the initial setup, is not working. Spoke to dealer and ford reps last week. They are aware, but ni eta or what the fix will be.

You can still use the charger, but not connect to apps.

I just contacted Ford EV charging, asking about the status of my charger. They said according to their system, I hadn't received the truck yet, even though I've had it for 2 weeks now. Good news is they will ship it out later this week.
