Yeah, we've got some pricing issues. They should all be resolved now.

I'm noticing that the $200 dollar deductibles costs more than the $100, seems strange.

I always appreciate the dealers that see the opportunity in this approach on the ESP. I bought my 05 F350 6.0 brand new back in January of 05, and added the ESP shortly before the factory B2B warranty expired. And I went for the full boat PremiumCare with zero deductible from a dealer similarly offering aggressive ESP pricing online. It paid for itself several times over. It only took replacing 1 injector under warranty to be money well spent. And at $0 deductible, it was a drop-off-don't-care type of thing. They'd put me in a shiny rental, and I didn't have to sweat any of it. At the aggressive low-margin pricing, it's such a no-brainer. I'll be back here when my Lightning finally delivers.

Apparently my problem is a FordPass issue. I chatted with Tier 1 FordPass. I have 6 vehicles in the app and had tried to add an incoming Mach E and I think the app threw up at that point. The chat rep said you can have up to 10 vehicles in the app but (my analysis) the Mach E having a VIN but not delivered triggered a defect in adding the FordProtect warranty info on the Lightning. Chat and I opened a ticket 2 days ago and was told someone from FordPass T2 would get back to me within 72 hours. Tic Toc. Times a passing.
