Congratulations! I haven't gotteb any more info from Ford lately, but I'm going to hope that my truck is on the same train as yours... they were in New Boston together, and I'm pretty sure mine gets loaded on a truck down in Mass. Before making the last little journey up to Maine! Hopefully we'll both be driving them by the end of the week!

Thanks for doing this! I called this morning and it told me it would arrive 9/21 - Day after tomorrow!!! Dealership is only about 20 miles so maybe I will be cruising by the end of the week!

My dealer is about a mile from the train depot in East Brookfield. We’ll see how quick it all happens.

Is anyone successfully tracing their rail car with Union Pacific? CN passed it off to UP, but when I call their number, it want's a specific number of equipment pieces to trace and then wants IDs for those items. It's not giving me the opportunity to trace a specific railcar.

Just slipped my delivery from 9/13-9/19 to 9/27-10/3. live 160 miles away from Motor City here in Ohio, So close yet so far away. Sigh...

Called CSX got the following info on my truck:

Last location: Cleveland Ohio 9/18 11pm
Scheduled delivery: East Brookfield Massachusetts 9/20 4:30pm

Still needs to make it to southern NH, but I have hope of making my 9/25 estimated date!

My truck was on the move, only 8.5 hours away as of the 16th, so I'm hoping for a call from the dealer in the next 2-3 days!

How is everyone getting railcar info from Ford Chat? They won't tell me any details about the travel, but always just say "check with your dealer". I must not be asking the right questions in the right way, or maybe I don't have the secret passcode/handshake that let's them open up to me?

I just asked for the railcar number. I've found you have to ask for what you want when it comes to Ford Chat - They don't volunteer all of the information.

No idea if it’s the same train. The number is for the individual car and my number is different from yours. Could be the same train though

Nice work! I'm not sure if this is the same convoy my truck is on? How do we know? Ford chat told me: Rail Convoy 2440439 - but no TTGX and I think you guys are using 6 digit numbers as opposed to my 7 digits?

That is not a rail number. That is a Vehi-ship tracking number. They transport from factory to ramp IIRC.
