Just called Ford Marketing at (800) 334-4375 and they informed me my truck is in Salem, Illinois and was recently unloaded off a Canadian National Railways car. Not sure how long it'll get stuck there, but I'm definitely paying 7500 more for my truck than I wanted. I'm in south Texas.

Mine is in a similar situation (a day later and a bit further) - arrived Sunday, no word on when it’ll be trucked the hour to my dealer. The whole process is pretty mysterious. I would think for $1700 they could be more transparent or give an exact delivery date. But, I also hate to complain as I do think there is a good chance I’ll be able to purchase in 2022. I might otherwise decline after the price hike.

I just spent several hours on the phone with the port of Portland. I worked through different departments in different terminals with different ramps, finally found where my truck was located with the Vin. Then I found out who the trucking company is that is going to be transporting the truck to the dealership, and called them. I asked them if it was pinged hot, which it was. Then I found out who sets the timetables, and how things operate over there.

However, I am hesitant to put a rush on people and bother them now, because of the severe weather that’s going to be moving in tomorrow. I will probably just sit on this for a little bit until next week and then Monday hit it hard.

Worked on paperwork while it finished the trip and was able to drive it home. I had to mostly drive cautiously due to cold conditions but...it is amazingly responsive and powerful.

I must have put my info on the "other" forum. My Lariat ER is en route to San Antonio, Texas. Should be here between January 1st and January 7th. I'm out of town until the 1st, so bye bye 7500 bucks. Still managed to convince the wife to sign off on it. Lol

Damn, well my truck has just been sitting in Portland port for over a week now. I will be calling the truck drivers daily, at least to get it scheduled for a shipment just 5-10 miles to the dealer. Then I'll be on the first plane out to get it. That's all that's left.

I am watching my truck through the FP app. On 12/20 my truck was sitting at the front of the line in one of the lanes on the east side of the train tracks. Then Christmas Eve it was on the train tracks so I assumed it was on the train. And the order status page said "Shipped. Your vehicle is In Transit or on its way to your dealership..." but on the reservation page it is still in production. On Christmas day FP shows it moved off the train tracks and is sitting to the west of the tracks.

Any thoughts why it never left? At first I was hoping the GPS was being blocked by the train but FP shows it was last updated last night at 9:50pm and it still shows it at the flat rock plant.

When it was built I added the truck to the FordPass app with the VIN. When someone moved the truck they accepted it on the display. So now I can watch it sit in a parking lot

Ford Pass isn't live tracking it's only when the vehicle is started so if they moved it on the train it won't show anything till it's moved off of it.

So you're saying there's a chance it's on the train and it's just showing me the last place it was turned off? I realize now that I have never tried to track my car while it is off but still in tow. So that makes sense.
