5000 miles is what I do, but the manual says 10,000
Your method achieves similar results as my method.

Whether you switch sides going to the front or to the rear doesn’t matter as long as you use the same pattern every time. And don’t switch sides going both ways!

Are these tires non directional? I thought radial tires always had to spin the same direction.

When my MME grabbed a nail the local tire shop used a metal block on the floor jack to reach the MME jacking points. Worked slick.

Drop the Spare, check & adjust the pressure.
Substitute the spare onto the Rear-Left, then in the following sequence, move the existing wheels
Rear-Left to Front-Right
Front-Right to Rear-Right
Rear-Right to Front-Left
Front-Left to Rear-Left.
Return the spare to stowage bay.

Repeat the sequence every rotation event and all the tires will get even wear.
I have a question.
Did my rotation yesterday at a shop. Now how do I reset the pressure sensors to correspond to the new location they are in?
Thanks.

Check for the procedure in the owners manual in the MY2022 version it's around page 466

Ok, I think I screwed up.

I always thought that the pattern was... the rears move to front and the front wheels went to the back, only on opposite sides. 😑
It depends on whether or not you have directional tires (i.e. tires that have a specific rotation direction). Also, depending on your vehicle and driving patterns, you may have one tire that wears more than the others. For example, if you have a front wheel drive and do predominantly urban driving, you may find the front passenger-side tire wears the most. This is because it is a powered wheel and assuming an equal amount of right and left turns in the city, will travel a marginally longer distance than the tires on the left side of the car because of the larger turning radius for left turns compared to right turns. As well, left turns are taken at a higher speed compared to right turns. There are a lot of other variables also, but generally, with a new set of tires, I will look at which tire has the most wear and then when rotating, I'll put the tire with most tread on that location. This all assumes you have a proper alignment.

The pattern you describe has always been the general rule though from my experience coming from a family of mechanics.

You really notice the wear patterns on vehicles with staggered fitment and with directional tires because you can't rotate the tires at all.

Most winter tires I have bought are directional, so you can only swap front to back and they must remain of the same side, unless you remount them on the rim and they don't have a dedicated "outside" side of the tire.

This is the jack stand solution. I bought 4 for my Fisker but they will work on pretty much anything. They work like a Rennstand but delivered are half the price. Only having 4 lift points is a bitch. I suggest you avoid using floor jack for this and they won’t lift straight up good scissors or bottle jack works far better.

I want to grab these but I'm leary because of some of the comments about the build quality. On my next tire rotation this summer or fall, I want to remove all 4 wheels, clean and ceramic coat them. I don't want to worry about my truck falling off of the stands.
