I don’t think you’ll get a letter stating parts are available.
Ford used to do this years ago - I got one for the brake light switch recall on my 2000 F150, but no longer. The Mach-E/Lightning headlight switch is a good example.
I got a "parts available" letter for the windshield wiper motor recall, FWIW

Should we shoot for that even if we don't need it? My day to day driving is minimal, I almost never charge higher than 80% of usable so I was actually thinking about dropping my normal charge down to 70% or so, or would that be worse for the battery?
Won't be worse. My daily driving is now down to around 10 miles a day. I still go to 85% because I know it is doing very microscopic damage (I suspect less than 0.001 mAh but will know exactly when I start testing the cells) and if I suddenly need to head to Austin, I can make it.

Dealership have a few BEV's on the lot , however they all have the CSP -23B57 , however they would not sell or release vehicles until they hear from ford (even though software already updated and not a modules seem ok ), and they don't seem to know when they'll get he clearance

Could they be waiting on Ford to tell them that the results of the HV Battery Health analysis they submitted came back okay from the Battery-ologist?

Was gonna do the ACM update this morning but the OTA process beat me to it (by literally minutes), so since I was there I thought I'd run a battery health check. This is what the result was:
Ford F-150 Lightning CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice Lightning_Battery_Health_20-Sep-23

Ummm. Yeah! Looks good!.....🤷‍♂️ I guess?
:p

So while I was re-reading the CSP it occurred to me that our vehicles may be reporting the battery health status to Ford and so they would know if we had a bad cell(s) or not. That would make sense.

That has got to be the case. I was called and emailed by the Ford BEV Team back on June 26 that I had a battery module "not performing as expected". As it turned out, two modules were replaced. I never received an error code at my truck or FordPass app.

Personally, I would be keeping an eye on module 8 to see if that deviation continues to grow at various SOCs. Keep in mind it is at the tail end of the modules in series, so it is likely to have greater deviation.

Are you sitting at 90% useable SOC right now?

I'm going to try and run my health check this weekend. Should I update the BECM module before I run it?

I always charge to 90%.

I did the powertrain updates that showed up recently and that included the BECM. I ran the health check with all available updates done.

So it isn't just Android, as usual, its Ford.
Vehicle driven/specific ?
I have the CSP icon, Android, Ford Pass V4.30.1
Oddly enough mine shows the battery and dash-mat, but I have to lóok on the website to see the light bar recall.

Recalls & CSP's are separate categories

If you have to take your truck in for battery module replacement and / or BECM update, I suggest you ask about having the wiper motor and rear lightbar replacements done, too. My dealership was able to get all of them done, even though they initially told me that parts were not available for the rear lightbar.

Do you have any insight into the differences? I have surmised that recalls are required by NHTSA, and CSP's are done by Ford without (yet) being required by NHTSA.
