There is literally nothing Ford Motor Company can do in that regard, it all falls on the dealer. They can dictate that the dealer has to do something a certain way or provide a loaner, and the dealer does not have to abide by it due to franchise laws. It's the same reason the dealers were able to push back against model e dealer requirementsIMO @Ford Motor Company needs to step up and take a national initiative of owners affected. From this thread, people's experiences range from a few days to over a month, no loaner to an ICE Escape (like me), or a Mach-E or Lightning. It's a damn mess and they have to know it's a widespread issue.
