I just got it a week ago or so and hadn’t changed anything. I hear things stop working if you disable privacy settings, so I left all that alone. If I have something disabled that messes with the charge session details, I’m not sure what it may be.Yes, do you have any restrictions on the Connected data settings in the trucks Sync screen?

OK, that is good to know, I'd recommend reviewing the settings in the trucks Sync screen just to be sure something was inadvertently switched off, I have not seen anyone report a FordPass Charging session screen like yours though.
Even my charge logs never pull data.
Look into your phones security apps, VPN's and settings under the hood of Fordpass app.I actually thought folks would chime in and say they faced similar challenges but this seems to be a me thing. I’ll check the settings but I don’t really know what I’m looking for. Wish me luck
Here is my SYNC settings and app version. I don’t know how to change versions other than just going to the App Store and checking for an update..Try using the new Ford Pass app v5.0.
