Hey all,

Anyone else getting this issue with the FordPass app when trying to check preferred charge times? See attached screenshot.

I was able to access, edit and save the adjustments to my charging scheme, no errors.

Any chance you have plug and charged on a Tesla Supercharger recently? Both times I have done that, connectivity gets screwed up with Ford Pass for 12 hours or so. I cannot be definitive this is what is affecting connectivity but it is suspect.

Any chance you have plug and charged on a Tesla Supercharger recently? Both times I have done that, connectivity gets screwed up with Ford Pass for 12 hours or so. I cannot be definitive this is what is affecting connectivity but it is suspect.
I have not yet, I do have the Tesla update but don’t have the adapter yet. I’ve had this issue for a few days now.

Mine came back this morning, but couldn't access all weekend. Also just got the Tesla update late last week.

Yes, I periodically get this, about every 3-4 weeks, I just now accept Ford Software Quality sucks! The only way I was able to resolve it is to remove the Phone as a key and then reinstall that feature.

Oh man that seems like more trouble than it’s worth to resolve this.

Have you tried clearing the cache on Ford pass?
Easy to do on Android, not knowledgeable about how to do it in IOS.

Easy to do on Android, not knowledgeable about how to do it in IOS.
Don’t think you can do that on iOS. I did logout and back into the app but, issue persists.

Problem is Back on mine again, Worked this morning for awhile. Everything else is working, just the preferred charge times not working.

I am getting this error as well. I thought perhaps connecting the truck to my home wifi might help but no, it did not. Neither did removing the phone as a key feature.

If your phone is using wifi, try switching it off and use cell communications.

Tried that, no change unfortunately.
Using a web browser, are you able to log onto your Ford.com account and view your truck information?

I'm wondering if you have been locked out of your account for a TOS violation, connecting third party application to FORD.COM is not permitted and can cause a lock out.
