@tbkfan Green dot means the module has a pending update. Ignore the dates on the right in terms of what you are trying to know. That is the last date a particular module reported itself to the server.

Thanks again for the info. My dealer service manager is telling me “I ran the VIN through Oasis and checked the OTA report and it showed only 1 update”. I am in Canada. Is it possible that FDRS is showing updates available for my truck in the USA that aren’t available in Canada??

No, maybe in other countries that may apply, but not in Canada.

Right now, you are showing a BCM update (that could be the walkaway one....not sure as I don't have the EV's updates memorized like I do the ICE trucks). The only other updates you have showing are the driver and passenger door modules and front hatch module. Nothing pending for the OBCC.

Hi, I recently purchased my 23 Lariat and received 4.2.1.1 but now my Sync screen keeps freezing and rebooting at least once a day. I even had the instrument cluster turn off and take a minute or two to reboot.
Can you check pending updates or see a module that can be updated with FDRS to fix that problem?

I do not see any codes there that coincide with your problem. I don't think a missing update is what is causing this. You may need to take it to a dealer to have them properly diagnose the issue.

OTA history is below. 6.4.0 is the one before the DSP and OBCC Tesla charger update. No other OTA in queue at this time.

I'd like to know what updates are outstanding for my truck. Specifically, I get the 'Front Parking Sensors blocked' error VERY frequently, and I'm hoping an OTA update will fix that.

The answer to your question as far as pending updates go is below. Your issue is addressed by a certain TSB I think, but I don't remember which one and the codes your truck is reporting to the codes do not mention it, either.
