The OTA failed due to a manifest mismatch. The files that were going to be sent to your truck were incorrect, so the OTA was rejected. There is nothing you did wrong or could have done differently. You just have to wait for it to be resent and hope for better luck next time.

I wouldn't mind a recheck. The dealer did some updates when the truck was having the HJB replaced. Problem is still not solved.

Last OTA you got was 4/24 which was 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE which as an update that fixes a possible issue caused by 6.2.0 and nothing since. Nothing to worry about; your truck is fine. You just gotta wait for the next one to be sent.

It has today's date and according to PTS, the truck has 499 miles right now.

I think you may have mixed up one of my responses to someone? I didn't post any screenshots showing the odometer for your truck. After double-checking, it is not your truck with 499 miles. Yours shows 12,302 miles and your OTA history is below. Nothing has been sent to you since the failed OTA in April.
