Just snagged some of the new Toyo’s from a local tire shop! I’m heading out for a bit of a highway drive tomorrow, will report back on efficiency and ride.

The shop filled them up to 60 PSI. I reached out to Toyo and they recommend 52 PSI unloaded.

Please let us know efficiency loss specifics if you gather them. Appreciate it.

I’ve put a few hundred miles on them today and riding at 60 PSI feels fine to my butt. I’ll probably drop them down to 52 next week since that’s what Toyo recommends.

I need to stop stalling and get me a set. These look great, especially if the hit on efficiency is around the advertised 5%.

Are these the LT version? Kind of waiting for the 116 Load rated versus the 123 which is a heavier tire.

So far so good on the range. There is a little bit of a hit but it seems very minimal. Here’s a pic from my morning commute.

Yeah, these are the LT version but so far the range hit is really minimal. They do ride a bit stiffer but I really like that, the truck feels more like a truck now and less like a car.

How much louder are they vs stock?
I think it’s fine, stock tires are completely silent. These tires I do here them but thats only when the radio is and air is off and windows are up. If I came directly from a ICE vehicle right into them I prob wouldn’t even hear them

Hopefully they consider making 18" wheel sizes since the Chevrolet EV truck will now come with 18" wheels on the lower trims

Ok, one thing I will say about these tires. They are rock spitters. I have a gravel driveway and these things always pick up a rock or two and eject them once I get on the highway. I can hear the rocks bang into the battery skid plate everyday. I just ordered a set of the Ford OEM mud flaps to try and save other drivers from getting a part of my driveway in their windshield.

An artifact of the larger gaps in the tread I suppose? Is this a common thing among other all terrain tires? I don't have any experience in this realm.
