Hello just got a new Lightning XLT Reg range yesterday. I traded my Tesla Model 3 performance. So far so good! I am excited to learn more about the truck and show upgrades along the way !

Picked up a 2024 Flash last week. New to the Lightning but not to EVs. Ive had a 2019 Audi Etron Edition One and a 2022 Mach-E GT previously. Usually I have one ICE vehicle in my garage but this time around Im all EV, the other being a 24 Equinox EV Launch Edition.

This is the second winter with all EV in our garage.
I do miss the additional heat you get in the garage after parking a hot ICE car during the cold weather.. Always helped keep the garage a bit warmer.

Of course, in the summer time I don't miss that darn ICE car at all.

Convinced the wife, traded in every other car I didn't care for, and now I'm an owner of a '24 Flash! Carbonized Grey Metallic is just stunning.

Been a EV for awhile my first EV is my wifes EQE and came along my toy the taycan and now i got my work truck 24 flash ER W/ tow max and pro on board. Loving the truck so farr

I just purchased a 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning Flash - Agate Black Metallic. I traded in a 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV Premier Black Redline. This will be my 4th EV/PHEV (I owned two Volts before the Bolt. This is my first truck.

The main reason I purchased this truck is so that I can tow my Tracker Pro Guide V-175 COMBO fishing boat. I also love the idea of being able to power my house from the Pro Power Onboard (My truck has the 9.6KWh unit). I already have a transfer switch installed in my circuit breaker box in my home.

I gotta say, the incentives that Ford is currently offering on the Flash trim were too good to pass up. 0% financing was the tipping point.

I look forward to learning about this truck!

Welcome, enjoy your Lightning!! I hope your transfer switch is one that switches the neutrals, read some of the threads in this section of the forum regarding bonded neutral / ground issues and PPOB

New member here . 2023 Lightning Platinum bought with 11K miles and LOVING IT! Traded in 2004 ICE F150 Supercrew that was pre Bluetooth. My has it improved in every way.

Been a member for over a year now. Started on the MachE forum as we had a first run 2021 MachE GT (may she rest in peace...totaled from a rear-end this summer...wife was uninjured). Love my lighting...best truck and vehicle I have owned. Been great in Colorado for all the things I want to do, (except maybe parking in tight spaces). Great experience towing so far (nothing much over 100 miles though).

Thanks to all on this forum who post with awesome information and keep the community friendly, kind and helpful.
