Ok. So 2 pics. First wide shot of the 2 hinges on door. Then the closer on is the top hinge with my meat nugget pointing at it. That’s the one. Just loosen that one very little and that will allow the door to pivot in on the top half. I would suggest just moving it in a small amount then tighten and go for a ride to see if it’s better. Mine had to just pretty much go all the way in. Before I did this you could see the top half of the driver door sitting proud of the rear door. Now it’s flush.

Thank you for the pics and solution. I had to use a 13mm socket on mine, the 10 was too small but it fixed the problem. You were right, only loosen it a bit. I went a bit too much and had to re-balance the whole door. Whoops

I must have had a senior moment🤣 you’re correct 13mm. I just fixed my original post to reflect that. Thanks for catching that little tidbit.

Oh forget me, I feel like a complete idiot.

I looked into adjusting the door and found a thread that mentioned it could be done, but no pictures. I looked and looked at the hinge and didn't see any easy way to adjust it, but I only ever looked at the CAB side of the hinge.

Literally 3 minutes I had my squeaky door fixed.

Thank you @astrand1

Question. When you say push “in” which direction are you referring? Push the door in towards the interior? Push the door in towards the bracket? Thanks for the clarity.

So in towards the body (interior) as if the door was closed.

So you push it from the fully open position towards the door frame?
Yes. Door open. So you can just slightly loosen the top bolt and then the top of the door should be able to angle in or tip in so that if it was closed the top half of the door would be tighter to the body of the truck.

Got it! I’ll give it a shot. Thanks.
