coolant lines
Coolant runs through the inverters and chargers also. It could leak from many points, even from under the bed area.

If you do overpressurize the system it should come out the vent. If a line breaks or a seal pushes out it would leak continually.

I found this info on another post which may reiterate what others have already stated.
"The coolant puddle’s position, under your feet, likely points to the battery pack’s coolant lines or reservoir. The Lightning’s 98 kWh (SR) or 131 kWh (ER) battery spans the truck’s underbelly, with coolant routed from a reservoir in the frunk through lines and pumps to keep it at 77-95°F during charging. Charging, especially DC fast charging, builds heat and pressure, which could pop a loose clamp, crack a brittle hose, or stress a seal, spilling coolant only after the cycle ends and pressure settles."
This seems most likely. Charge cycle complete. Added 52kWh. No leak ? Coolant tank at line. Strange. But we know it won't get better. Ill keep an eye on it as usual.

It's possible what you saw on the floor is washer fluid that drained down and your coolant was always low. Keep an eye out though.
I would say after 40 plus years as a mechanic, if I confused blinker fluid with coolant, I would fire myself! LMAO. I am very consistent on checking the coolant level.
