Sadly I'm victim to the "Stop Safely Now" issue. Red truck icon with an exclamation point and a red battery icon.

Disconnected the 12v, no change

Tried restarting a few times, no luck.

Jumper cables on the way.

I did 2 1 hour trips today AND charged so the 12v should not be dead. Yes the 12v BMS csp was done.

Oh, you will be stopping...lol

Do you suspect a defective / to weak 12v battery?
No, not really. CSP was done. Even checked and I had not accidentally left the OBD adapter in.

Charged last night. Two long drives today. No extra 12v loads. It sat at the house for a bit and I took a short trip, but only the one short trip.

About the worst it had happen to it was running the traction battery down to 25% and hitting the Supercharger for a 30% boost. Oh, and using heated seats all day.

As for the battery itself not really. Truck is a 23 purchased in late 24 with 100 miles on it. That's not nice to a battery and it is cold out. So, maybe, I guess. I guess I can't rule that out

That may be a good thing. It sounds more like an issue with LVB not the HVB.

That’s good because I think they can get it straightened out a lot quicker.

Watching.

3 minute phone call with the Dealer so don't put too much stock into this yet.

Regardless, it sounds like they were able to get it to move, but then it faulted again and blocked the service bays. They did a "bunch of updates", and "it was on there all day", but still had issues. From his notes they ordered a new High Voltage Junction box, which may get installed monday.

Truck returned, runs fine.

I'm working in the garage while it's charging and there is decidedly air in the cooling system....(sigh)...

Glad to hear you got her back OK.

Can you do like an ICE truck and drive on a side hill to get the air out?

They said high voltage contactor. Still waiting on the paperwork.

Going to keep an eye on it but from the way the forum talks it will work it's way out.

.

Was annoyed to be power limited at 40% battery. Gauge said 91% availabel power. Outside temps were in the 50s so I'm assuming the battery as the same.

Terminology check, which is which
A SOC of 40% with 91% power to motors is not unusual.
