Update:
after a three week wait for my repair they “fixed” it by installing critical updates.
It drove fine for about five miles then the Powertrain malfunction warning came back with the red ring of death.
They are closed up for the holidays now. No tech available for 4 days.

Thank you TaxmanHog for your reply. I truly appreciate your help. My original problem started Sunday evening and hasn’t changed. I haven’t received any updates or notices that I’m aware of.
My current SOC is 53%. I’m attaching pics.
Had my truck for one week and got the powertrain malfunction/ reduced power message.
Now it won’t charge and my dealership only has one licensed tech and is three weeks out.
I Checked my 12v terminals, any other ideas?
