I hope you get someone's attention at Ford. Obviously they need to roll out a software fix for this. For now all I can do is set the one-time charge limit every time a charge and plug it in when I want it to start charging.

I have a 2024 Lariet and have had this exact same problem since I have owned the truck. I called Ford EV support for help. They walked me through a reset of the connectivity settings but it had not made any difference. very frustrating.
