I got my truck back Friday. Took 4 weeks to get the battery in, 1 day install.
I recommend contacting the BEV team and starting a Case To have a contact to push things along.
If you look on the power train malfunction thread there are at least 50 people who’ve experienced this issue. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks to get my truck repaired, as have lots of others
Yes my rep at the dealer said the replacement only takes 1 day when they have the battery. I was told they are replacing the entire battery. 2 weeks and the dealer still has not received the battery.
Has anyone else received their truck back after battery replacement? Seems like there are a Hand full of people that experienced the same issue. I dropped my truck off 2 weeks ago and the dealer has not received the battery yet.
I cleared the codes this morning as well and truck is back to normal. Have the same sentiment. I assume this was just a software bug but would great to hear from Ford on this. I was going to try using FDRS to update all the software on the truck. Anyone think that's a bad idea?
