Just got my assembly line photo as another point of reference for everyone. I’m hoping in person the lightbar and paint match as well as they do in this picture.

Nice! It does look like the lightbar matches really well to the Avalanche paint. I am sure you are so excited.

My build photo. This is my truck. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

I wouldn't say there's a lot like it. Lightnings are rare and a 2023 in Avalanche is really rare. You sir will be one of the first. Congrats, looks fantastic.

Looks better on the car than the truck! Could be the light though. While I love my Lightning, it just doesn't have the sexiness of a muscle care like this!

What color DOESN'T look better on a GT350, though?

The best is when it has white stripes, IMO, which helps show that the Avalanche color isn't just off-white.

Hard to say from the Ford picture. It seems like Avalanche Grey changes a lot depending on lighting. I hope I will like it in real life, but at the very least I'm sure it will be fine.

I do wish it was a metallic color like BMW's Brooklyn Grey Metallic which looks very similar but is metallic and looks great in person.

I like the Azure Grey Metallic on the Raptor too, but I was a bit afraid that it would look like a big dolphin on a standard F-150 body. The Raptor fenders and graphics really make certain colors work.

Thanks! As much as I like the contrast on the GT350, I don't think Trucks can really pull off racing stripes, in general. I was trying to think of a more subtle/OEM way to do some white on there, but haven't thought of anything yet.

Thanks for posting. Seeing it in person what are your impressions of the color? Like it? Is it lighter grey then you envisioned? Is more grey then white?

I was going to say more white then grey but the more I see it the more grey it looks. My old truck is a Lunar Rock Tacoma and that seems much darker of a color compared to this truck.

Agree, this is my favorite photo of this thread. Not only does it make me feel great about the color choice but the lighting is great to show us hopefully the true color. Looks great. Light bar blends really well into the hood
