@Ford is looped in now and I am confident they will take care of you as they have me in the past (for different, less critical of an issue). I will be watching this thread.
No new updates on the issue - the replaced TCU seems to have resolved the issue and Ford covered 70% of the cost because it was out of warranty but they started working on it prior to warranty being expired - but they would not cover all of it. Other than this the truck has been flawless in it...

Sorry you are having issues - have you tried going to a Level 2 charger somewhere around you to ensure it’s not a problem with the truck components and not the mobile charger itself? I would try that (not a fast charger - just a level 2 destination AC charger) just to be sure you know...

Prior to this update if I would set a charging target for the home location it would break my FordPass connectivity.
The 5.4.0 updated appears to have fixed this issue!
