So I'm going to ask the question. Lets say Ford produced 20k for 2022 and the projection is 80k for 2023, doesn't that leave 100k of the original 200k with their thumb up their you know what?
All of this is pure speculation and the wording within the article says one thing but everyone wants to say something other. Ford let all of us believe we could get a 40k truck but really had no intention taking care of their customer.
RDR, what about the statement within the article that "while a 3rd wave of invitations will follow in Mid-September for all other unconverted reservation holders". Those of us holding reservations shouldn't we be consider "unconverted" ?
I am curious. Has anyone read the attached and believe those of us who have a reservation already will be able to order mid-September and get 22 pricing ?
If you do nothing and pay what your supposed to pay you can't take advantage the tax
How else do you purpose to take the full value of the tax credit if you don't owe the IRS any monies
I still disagree, if I take more exemptions than what I'm allowed, I will get more monies back within my paycheck. Once I do my taxes at the end of year and take the right amount of exemptions, I will owe taxes thus, I have a tax liability.
Not to sound like we all don't know what to do, wouldn't you just raise your deductions so you bring home more monies thus when you file your taxes and you adjust to what is correct, you will have a tax liability ?

Found a decent website showing when manufacturers will supposedly hit their 200k mark of producing EV vehicles.

I thought the tax credit was based on model not over all electric vehicles a manufacture makes. Thus, Mach E and such have nothing to do with the Lightning.
