Hi Ralph, I'm in KCK (Wyandotte), I'm interested in the charger if it is still available. How long have you used it? I use a mobile charger plugged into a 240v. We are looking for new home and I'd like to have the FCSP there.

Great point. I've run into connections freezing or dropping but never considered the fact that I have both watch and iPhone on bluetooth. I'll have to test without the watch and see if there is an improvement. Thanks!!

I just went through this with no help from the dealer. Unfortunately, many dealers are still not very educated on the lightning. After 3 visits, I called Ford's customer support directly and reached a lady that was very knowledgeable. You must follow the process the user "Hellian" laid out...
