I had this issue last week after picking up my truck from 22 days at the dealer when I went to charge, no charging locations and unable to adjust the charge target in the app. Still on 10.1.1 from 11/16/24.
The app used to and it worked wonderfully to see what loads we could add when powering my parents house with my ā23 PB for 2 days during an ice storm in February 2023. The 7.2 kW generator was plenty and if my memory serves the engine only kicked on for 3-5 minutes an hour to charge the battery.
My issue also happened while fast charging but was determined to be a faulty ABS module that shorted out and gave all the common faults mentioned in this thread and caused the parking brake to engage, with no way to disengage it.
One of the parts is on backorder. Day 21 in the shop for me. 23...
I also experienced a bit of a disconnect with the loaner process. I was told not to exceed 500 miles and call when I hit 425 to arrange an exchange of loaner vehicles. I called at 425 and they had no other loaners available. I documented the call and will return the loaner with more than 500 miles.
Nope, born and raised in Michigan so Iām buying Big 3 machines for better or worse. And then we turn around and complain about it to our neighbors who work for them
Heard back from the dealer today, the ABS module is bad and blew the fuse that all of the other systems are on too. ABS modules are on back orderā¦ Corporate did authorize an unlimited loaner because of the unknown timeframe for the replacement part, unfortunately itās a Dino juice escape.
I was at a supercharger this morning and out of nowhere these faults all popped up. So I stopped the session and am stuck. Getting it towed to my dealership.

They are not going by original order number. I was order 2651 and was the first to get the replacement on here from what I can tell, with order notification at the end of October when Ford said weād get the replacement and receipt the first day or two of November, before lower numbered orders...
I installed green/amber LEDs on the front windshield and green/amber and red/amber on the rear glass plus an amber safety director. Donāt need them frequently but I am out on projects or scenes occasionally and any additional flashing lights do help.

Yes it should, on highways it should enter a state where it will auto resume within 30 seconds instead of stopping and requiring driver input to restart after 3 seconds. This is my favorite time to use BC.
What is even more frustrating is it appears to believe it is in 24 hour mode ante meridian and when it hits 1200 it doesnāt know what to do so it reverts to post meridian time. Every. Single. Day. Almost feels like a lemon law day each day š¤

I STILL have the new pop up on my account even though I received my new adapter two weeks ago. I advise against believing anything on your ford.com account.
I did get a shipping notification on a Friday and got it the following Tuesday. FedEx didnāt actually pick it up until the following Monday.
Everything was the same as the original adapter shipping notification.
