Got my first oil change this week, and reset the oil life monitor using the Settings menu, but Fordpass is still showing the old low value and telling me to schedule an oil change. How long does this take to update?
Pro Trailer Backup Assist works just fine with the yaw sensor that come with my truck, but all year we have been waiting for a promised OTA software update that would enable the use of stickers instead. Whatever happened to that?
Got my truck checked for the driveshaft recall last week, and the recall alert notice still shows in FordPass. Is there something I am supposed to do to clear it, or is that up to the dealer?
CarPlay was there, now it's not. Worked fine, then had some IOS update, now it's gone.
Tried all the standard stuff - reboot Bluetooth, reboot CarPlay on iPhone. Disconnect, reconnect. No joy.

Can someone please translate this excerpt from the owner's manual page 592 about personal profiles in plain English? Have read this several times and still not real clear. Just trying to set up a remote to my wife's personal profile.
