I took mine to dealer and they said they can't update. I've been on 1.7.1 since December and been waiting on Bluecruise as well. I called the OTA team and they said the updates are VIN specific and nothing could be done to push the updates.

I have a job 1 PB Lariat purchased in July. My power up is on 1.7.1. I took it to dealer for the insulator recall and asked for them to update at least to 2.1.0 and the dealer said mine is on the latest version at 1.7.1. Is there something from Ford that shows version history? I'm still waiting...
