The stock mirrors are pretty close to being adequate, so the ones posted above should work well. I have tow mirrors ordered on my truck. I had strap on mirrors for my Taco I just sold.

I think its worth it. I hated strapping the mirrors to my Tacoma whenever I got my camper. You were completely blind with that truck without them

I have tow mirrors ordered with my max tow package on my 501A. Not sure why you wouldn't be able to order them with tow tech? I know the option isn't available on the Ford build site anymore, not sure why.

I never understood the haters, they probably made their decision on emotion alone. I don't know ow much about EV's at all. Your fuel calculation is something I do. I have a work car, its a 2006 Mazda 3. That car has saved me 1500 plus gallons of fuel the last 3 years.
