This kit does not require any cutting of your OEM parts. I recommend reading through the installation instructions to get a better idea of what you would be buying. https://www.readylift.com/media/installation-pdfs/69-21350-IM-AA.pdf
It typically says right on the site for that product. I looked and skimmed through the installation instructions and didn't see anything. You could always contact customer support and I'm sure they will know.

I might take you up on that offer. I was thinking that maybe mine wasn't as high because I bought it for a 2020 and they still haven't released it for a 2021 yet.
How much are you looking to get for your 2.25? and where are you located at?
My truck only went up about 1.25" after settling. I want to be closer to the 2.5" mark. Each notch on the Bilstein's is about 0.25." So if I go down to the 2nd notch and add a 2" spacer lift that should get me there. Anything over 2.5" gets a bit sketchy without adding in longer upper control arms.
No not at all. Mine rides so much better than stock. But my tires have a little something to do with that. I went a little more tame on this truck. They aren't overly aggressive but still preform very well in the sand when I need them to.
I was thinking about dropping mine down to the second notch (0.5" of preload) and getting a 2" spacer. That would put me at 2.5" Which is almost level.
The 6112's fit and work just fine. I've had mine on for almost 18,000 miles with zero issues.

You could have left the spacer lift on and just set the Bilstein's to the lowest setting. You would of ended up with 2.25" of lift and excellent riding vehicle.
I forget off hand what they actually measured. I'm running a 295/70R18 and they are substantially taller than stock. Forgot those actual measurements too, lol.
I'm running mine on the top notch. Each notch is about 1/4" of lift (preload). As far as the ride goes, that usually depends on your tire choice after installing the new struts. But, you can bet its 1000 times better than stock.
I was going to add a spacer lift and reduce the notch settings on...
