Same version after I updated it. Was a very short update with no USB required. Prior to starting the update I had an APIM error and it listed a TSB next to it. I think this update was to fix that TSB. No idea really.
Did the driver side module this morning. This APIM update was available but haven’t started. Maybe later today or this afternoon. I was updated all the way through BC and this is the first day this has popped up.
My OTAs are back online now that I’ve fully updated 2 weeks or so ago to BC and latest APIM.
Uncertain on any changes.
Went out to truck, and it said update successful. Details: digital owners manual.
Note: I’ve always had the digital owners manual option in the display.
Same concern here. Always flips to green with self test.
I don’t have cams at speed either.
Don’t recommend PMI of IPMA according to other members. I’m going to do an alignment procedure on the IPMA later as recommended in a TSB. My main reason for doing so is that my BC is a little unstable...
When the truck prompted me to put the USB back in the laptop I would do so and then clicked continue or “yes the update completed.” Can’t recall the exact prompt. Then it went though verification.
This thread will live on as others want BC but never get the OTA updates resolved.
I’m interested in the future of BC like being able to use it to exit the highway, I think I read that under Wikipedia or something about Ford Power Ups future.
Finished. Drove for almost an hour. Lots of bluecruise highways here. Works great, definitely worth it.
Side note: still have IPMA, PSCM and GSM updates. Don’t really know if I should do any of those considering I know the GSM is a bug and the others I updates like 2 days ago. I think the IPMA...
Just an update from my truck. IPMA generally has DTC come back after driving it. However it’s U2400 = Ethernet Failure With Gateway Module A (GWM) and I think Jesse Infortainment mentioned this would correct with future update. Everything else checks out as far as I can’t tell.
The only other...
Thanks for the info. I did end up clearing and retesting which worked.
Read you next post informing of the future GWM update to actually enable bluecruise… that makes sense. Will keep an eye out.
Alrighty so I’m in AZ where the major freeways are definitely mapped for blue cruise. Drove the truck and used cruise. Dash said bluecruise enabled be prepared to take control. However it didn’t go full bluecruise just normal so I think I’ve still got some waiting. Like the truck knows it has it...
Did the clear and retest.
Then my PCSM went offline. Fixed that.
Reran network test
Updates still available for IPMA and PCSM. GSM always there anyway.
Read some blue cruise posts. Either the IPMA update didn’t take or bluecruise just isn’t activated yet. Something about under driver...
Yeah I’d go with 5 hours to be safe.
Drove the truck and came to scan it again.
Got an IPMA DTC so should I PMI it or run the update on IPMA like it’s asking?
