I ordered my '21 F150 Lariat Powerboost in September 2020 before they even started building them. Have had my truck since January 2021 and still waiting for Blue cruise. Shouldn't I be near the front of the line?

Removed and re-added my truck to Ford pass account and it did work. I have all those controls as well as a notification of the connected navigation is now active. That is the solution I am guessing.

I did that when the lock/unlock and remote start controls were not in the app. I had not heard back from them but those controls showed up. I think I may have to try calling them again about the other controls now.

I am having the same issue with my Fordpass not showing connected services also. I do have the lock/unlock and remote start buttons in my app. I guess I may have to call Sirius if that is the solution that worked for other people to get the grayed out buttons for Connected Nav. to work.

I have still not received the Pro power on board, zone lighting and trailer light test controls in my Ford pass app. I have it connected to my home WIFI, have the LTE modem set up, set up auto updates, had it check for updates(said up to date), shut off and turned back on the connected services...

My lock/unlock and remote start controls showed up Friday(two days after I picked up the truck). The zone lighting, Pro power controls have still not shown up in the app. I may try disconnecting the connected services via truck touch screen and then turn them back on to see if that helps.

I believe it will only run the engine to charge the battery when needed if you leave it in generator mode all night. Better than running a portable generator all night that runs gas constantly. I have not tested mine yet, but that is what I understand to be true.

My controls showed up earlier today. So I guess it just takes the system a little longer sometimes to give truck controls to the app.
