Dropped by the Ford service shop and my truck is on a lift and waiting for a 2nd battery module replacement. Note the original battery module on the floor that went bad and the crate containing the replacement that is also defective/damaged.

My truck has been in the service center for 30 days now.
Ford keeps sending bad or damaged parts and the parts department has to keep reordering them and even worse they are back ordered. The first battery module had a damaged connector and the first LED tailgate light bar had a crack...
Update: One of module (out of 9 total in the battery pack)needs to be replaced with an ETA of 1/23 for the parts. Cross my fingers that will fix the issue and none of the other 8 module fails.
I also have the same issue and very disappointed. Dealership called me today and informed me of an ETA of 12/28 for the part. This is so annoying and I agree is a safety issue with the tail light already burnt out and the reverse light flickering. I know the backup camera is next to go out 😤
Finally brought the Lightning home. Dealer detailed and cleaned the truck really well.
