Received mine in the mail Tuesday. Originally ordered the standard Typhoon but A2Z upgraded it to the Pro. Decided to do a quick test today at the Wawa. My charge went from 14% to 30% in about 8 minutes. I barely had time to buy a snack. Now I'm REALLY looking forward to driving longer distances.
Ok, I realize this thread is quite old, but is there any chance you got more info about doing this? I've always been interested in mounting the CCF-T in my Lightning.
Soooo... I got my truck back yesterday (yeah!)... but this happened on the way home.
Good thing I live only 3 miles from the dealership, so I was able to limp home. On the way back to the dealership this morning, it came on again - shot up during the regen braking. We'll see.
The saga continues, but it'll soon be (supposedly) ready. The device they use to configure and condition the new battery modules needed both a firmware update and some hardware swapped before it would work correctly. But they say it's running now... trickle charging of course. So they BELIEVE it...
The service center got me a loaner, good thing too. The two days they expected will stretch to several more. Looks like the software used to configure the new battery module doesn't recognize the module. The service center has contacted the software manufacturer, and they think they'll have it...
Swapped the non-lighted console cup holder for the lighted cup holder, and installed the media bin and glove box lights that all these trucks should have come with.

Build Week: July 25th, Lariat ER. Dropping mine off on Monday the 20th, no estimated time of completion. The dealer typically has loaners, but I'll find out for sure when I get there.
@cvalue13 I also received an email the same as yours from Ms. Clay on Feb. 4. She's called my house before sending the email, and has scheduled the appointment with my dealer. Sad to hear about it, but glad it's not just me. I haven't been having any problems, but I guess that's a good thing...
