    Checked the truck/app this morning about 10-15 mins prior to the set departure time and it was not preconditioning. Turned off preconditioning in the app then immediately back on and the truck started preconditioning...Sounds like an app issue maybe?

    I took delivery of my 22 ER Lariat in October and the preconditioning has worked perfectly....up until a couple of weeks ago - I woke up and it did not precondition, but the next day it did so I didn't think anything of it. Today was the second day in a row that it has not preconditioned at home...

    Well my truck is in Nashville less than 10 miles from the dealer. Curious how long it will take to get off the train to the dealer. My ETA for delivery is still 9.26-10.2

    Thanks for doing this! I called this morning and it told me it would arrive 9/21 - Day after tomorrow!!! Dealership is only about 20 miles so maybe I will be cruising by the end of the week!

    This is what I am being told today from Ford. Vehi-Ship is the carrier that is moving the trucks around the factory , correct? I don't believe this is the carrier that will be delivering the truck.

    For what its worth I was told by Ford Chat that my truck is under a chip hold but I got my "built" date - who knows what it all means!
