From your perspective it's fine but from a national electrical code perspective they are allowed to size the feeder circuits and panel capacity under the assumption both will never be used at once. This is only true when there's a 30 amp and 50 amp serving a site.

Truck has to talk to inverter. There is no wires together outside of the physical ccs/j1772 connector. They could have put another pin though or seen id they could have send communications over the electrical wires.

Thanks. This is indeed how I can do (without the dealers help), although their system may be different. While I would try that, I have had multiple people say that line only works for the gas truck from that list. I can try it anyways I suppose.
