So unlike the Ford extended warranty these add on to the existing mileage and the date of warranty purchase. Ex: a vehicle originally purchased new in 2021 that currently has 10k miles that buys a 4 year / 30k in 2025 would go to 2029 or 40k miles?
Isn't that number, "28%" the percentage of what was used not the percentage of the entire battery?
So if your battery dropped 10% the app used 28% of that 10% drop
it should be incredibly easy to figure out. look at your old bills. is your consumption higher or are the rates higher, possibly a combination of both.
My rates have jumped 40% since 2023
Mine works for the most part, occasionally the doors won't unlock on the first try. Ford does recommend the phone be in your hand if I remember correctly.
Just an FYI the truck is a Lightning not a Lightening as spelled in your signature. Try looking on a parts website and see if the wiring harness has a different part number
