  1. Comma AI self driver assistant On Sale- is it worth it?

A few of us on here retrofitted it into the PRO and base XLTs for the ACC/Lane Centering function.
  2. Comma AI self driver assistant On Sale- is it worth it?

I've not had any issues with software updates, and the VBH tape will adhere just fine once it sets. Don't treat this like Tesla FSD and you'll be fine; you'll know when you have to take over and if the turn is too great the comma will alert you prior to any issues arising. The folks working...
  3. Lightning Q2 sales down 26% from Q2 2024

Was working with a VA dealer on a platinum but after throwing out the number I'd like to see OTD due to it being a 11/24 build with being in their inventory for almost 2 months they've just left me on read so I guess yet again I'll keep my little XLT.
  4. Comma AI self driver assistant On Sale- is it worth it?

I just hit the 23k miles driven mark on my comma; that deal is cheaaap and well worth it.
  5. Very poor bass in stock XLT audio

My stock XLT stuff got swapped out with an entire SoundsGoodStereo setup, but I'd say if you get one of the powered subwoofers from Kenwood or JL where you can just slide it under the seat, or wedge it behind the back seat it'll do just fine with the stock speakers. Others have replaced the...
  6. Add rain sense on 2025 flash

Before you buy the harness I would probably make sure they still haven't just left the plug there clipped into place above the mirror. I only needed to buy the sensor and do a couple changes in Forscan.
  7. SoundsGoodStereo Reviews

I think my review/install of their complete non-amplified kit is the only thread I've made on here. It's also part of the reason on why I hadn't gone and replaced the truck yet since I'd have to take it all out lol
  8. Changes coming to Charge Assist / FordPass App

The single best feature of the app (and zone lightning, maybe) and they remove it only to never bring it back. :(
  9. Max Tow brake components for a LIGHTNING are the same as non-Max Tow

I could never swing one growing up as a teen, the Camaro/Firebirds of that era (hence the user name) were in the price range of a few hundred dollars for a good V8 car to the $3000+ for a good foxbody...it never made sense haha. Paid $500 for an '88 IROC with the 5.7 and 17yo me drove it...
  10. How do you know HVB cooling system is working?

I've had 4 back to back DCFC sessions on a road trip around the same ambient temperature and the battery temps never got that high.
  11. Lightning retakes EV pickup sales crown from Cybertruck (for both March and Q1 2025)

Seems to follow them dropping all of the nice incentives to go with "employee" pricing.
  12. Missing Tailgate Bracket on 2024 Lightning Lariat?

My XLT has those left side mounting provisions blocked off, but the passenger side open; which makes sense since I have a basic manual tailgate.
  13. Another rendition of a lightning tremor

Oooh another Lightning and G8 GXP owner.
  14. Max Tow brake components for a LIGHTNING are the same as non-Max Tow

Going forward for '25 it appears the only difference now would be those without Max Tow don't have the e-locker in the rear motor/diff.
  15. 2026 Silverado EV Pricing

    The '25 XLT is $62,995....
  16. Ultimate Guide to the Changes on the 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning

The initial batches of '25 Flash trim trucks should have the same 131kWh battery, appears the smaller one is a later release. The window sticker will likely show 300mi range for those.
  17. New BlueCruise Version 1.4 - Rollout March 2025

They must've recycled the reservation lotto machine to be the BC1.4 machine.
  18. 2024 Platinum replaced 2023 Lariat 1st impression

It was just a fake port to match the driver's side, they got rid of that for 2024.
  19. 🙋‍♂️ What Did You Do To Your Lightning Today?

I almost replaced my XLT with a Platinum....jury is still out, probably not the smartest idea, though. Maybe if the Carvana number was a little higher.
