Thanks all on this. I've already got our dealer checking it out. I've sent them screenshots, video, etc. My gut feel is it's something where the truck keeps thinking its plugged in, hence the multiple accidental unplugged messages and thus the power drains.

Correct. You can technically drive it, but the system yells at you constantly with warnings and bings.
