When charging via AC I’m getting almost exactly 1/2 of what I should be according to the FordPass app but looking at the charger app / emporia the truck is accepting the full charge amount. This is happening...
I do. Dealer says it’s fine. I’m just going to drive it. I have a seat replacement coming soon so I’ll follow up then but it’s done it since I’ve had the truck and I’ve had all the tsbs completed.
If your charger hardwired or on a plug? I know some states have adopted new code that requires a GFCI and those don’t play nice. Mine was fine for 6 months before I had this issue and then it hardwired and removed the GFCI breaker.
I’ve been a ford customer for the last 10 years. I generally buy a new vehicle from them every year. Between the quality issues, the new fees, the dealer network, and various other issues. This will be my last one.

I went hardwiring the flex in a 60 amp line. I won’t be doing the backup and frankly I hate using the dc pins. I know it’s minor but the extra step of folding that cover down was like nah.
What I've noticed is the folks who use CCS chargers tend to be harder on the equipment, park their cars there and just leave, this doesn't really fly on the super chargers I've seen. They look well cared for by the users and the idle fee forces folks to move.

I had the same problem. Have the dealer have their inventory person check the order. They can initiate the refund there. It has to do with the fact that dealers could process / take a check or you could pay it online, which I did. The folks at the dealership had no idea and I went all the way...
