I had the same issue today which is why I searched for this thread. My issue was I did not push the charger adapter all the way in. It looked pushed in but it didn’t click. The charger was flashing orange and the app said Charging Paused. I reinserted the adapter and everything works fine now.

I have mine set at 85% too which is apparently why the update wasn’t working. When I charged to 96% the update processed fine. Let me know if that works for you AdventureBoy.

I had trouble with failed updates too and this is the last set of instructions that worked for me: 1. Make sure 12V battery is charged (drive for 30 minutes first) 2. Charge to at least 96% 3. Turn Lights off (not Auto) 4. Apply Parking brake 5. Lock doors

I bought the same one. I pre-freeze to lowest setting with frunk open before I leave. Then I turn temp back up and leave. Then it is more efficient. It came with a cardboard box with the other charger accessories and that fits nicely behind the cooler to give the proper air space. I bungee it...
