Both of these ideas will work as intended but introduce risk. If you are in neutral, you have disabled the go pedal. If TCS is off you've turned the go pedal into a ditch attraction switch.😁
For the same result check your rearview mirror, if nobody is behind you press the brake pedal with more...
Mind blown.🤯
I'd heard Kia recommends charging to 100% monthly but have never seen guidance from Ford.
I try to charge to 100% occasionally but it's never monthly.

Maybe see if a local HVAC shop is willing to look at it. That part is just a bunch of lines. There is someone out there capable of fixing whatever is damaged. JB Weld might be able to get you through the summer.
My truck came with Ford rubber mats. They were fine but didn't have enough coverage under the pedals and I live in a northern salt state so I replaced them with Weathertech liners. They work great. I'm sure the Real Truck options are good as well. They are a sponsor and headquartered in my town.

I switched back because it was useless with YouTube Music. It refused to switch apps to honor a request.

I drove mine all summer trying to figure out the exact same issue you have. If there is a functioning truck sitting at a dealership you are making a choice not to drive it. I don't understand this choice.
If it's broken there's not much to figure out. Do you still have a loaner?
Unless you can get it replaced under warranty, don't bother, it will dry up. I've noticed water in both of mine from time to time, they've always dried up and still work.
