I see now that WeatherTech has a front floor liner for bench seats like Ford should've offered. It's $140 for over the hump. I'm wondering now how well it matches the factory floor liner thinking I can get away with just buying the front and running the factory in the rear. Anyone have any pictures?
Any new news here? I'm still kind of shocked that Ford isn't matching the floor liners to the floors ordered (full center console or bench), but mostly looking to see if anyone has found a nice center hump cover that matches the factory floor liners.
Same here. Anyone found flaps with a little more coverage? I'm just not sold on the Ford Flaps, but probably should get something on the truck sooner than later.
I installed the Truxxedo Pro X15 yesterday. It fits perfect and looks great. Looking at the truck from the side you can barely tell it even has a tonneau. One item I overlooked is the ability to readily close the tailgate without unlatching the tonneau first. I've read it works for some and not...
We've debated that one a little, and we're going to hold out a little longer to see what else comes on the market. I worried the Husky center will look too different from the OEM Floor Liners we have everywhere else. Thanks,
We went FX4, got the liners. They fit real nice, have a decent look, but I agree in other threads here that the coverage could be better. To that end, the floor liners received don't actually cover the center hump. So, you front bench owners, what center hump cover did you go with? We're afraid...
After reviewing more trucks, and some images of trucks with Max Tow, Trailer Tow, Just Class IV and some with Tow Tech. Tow Tech with Class IV as well as Trailer Tow (53A) have the same -BH Suffix 3800# Springs I have (ML34-5560-BH)!!!! So, 10,400 it is!!!

Ah, I see this thread had exactly what I was still trying to figure out in a couple other threads. Just what additional hard parts (read: not fancy software or LED Lights) come on 53A over 53B (Talking NON Max-Tow Trucks). Then, if some, what are they and why aren't the spelled out somewhere by...
Bringing back my own thread as I still don't have understanding of why my truck (53B, see thread starter) would be limited to that 7,000 lbs. in the towing guide. Hitch shows 11,600 Distributed, other documents show 10,500. I have 5.0, 3.73, 4X4, 53B, 36 Gallon Tank with Trailer Brake...
Neat that the updated specs are now available showing the sway bar story, but I still can't find why I'd be limited to the 7,000 lbs. unless truly it is the Trailer Brake Controller (which I ordered separately) or the Springs. I'll look elsewhere on this forum to see if the spring information...
27.0mm - FTW!!!
Still no idea which option (or configuration) netted the thicker bar, or if my truck still falls under that "not above" 7,000 lbs. towing, but nothing I have indicates such. Again, no tow package here beyond the 53B (Class IV).
I'll be dipped. I was thinking a panel trim bit would work great, and Ford makes one just for this reason! (Stake Pocket Access): Bed Rails - Installation Kit, For 5.5 Bed | Customize Your Ford
