My Lightning is getting close to the 10k miles and i received a message on the Ford App saying i need to schedule this, has anyone done service on one of these trucks? and can you share your experience and what to expect on what they did to it and pricing please?

I was driving and out of the nowhere i got this error about the air dam, anyone having this issue?
Im still trying to get them to give me a second key, they say that the car only comes with 1 and that theres nothing they can do about it, im literally stuck and really need advise on how to handle this
My dealer is telling me the car only came with one key, i dont know what to do, i told them that all new cars come with 2 keys therfore i should get a 2nd one but they keep on saying the car only comes with one and the ford app is the 2nd one
