I took delivery of a 2023 lariat in Feb and I have been dealing with squeaks. It seems like it comes from the door seal, toward the forward part of both front doors. There is a black triangle of plastic and it seems like it comes from there. It drives me absolutely nuts.
Confirmed, that estimation is meaningless. Mine was estimated for 3/10 and I got the email today that it reached the dealership and is final preparation. I'll pick it up tomorrow.
I’m in the same boat. My only hope is that the estimated delivery date is nonsense. I ordered a Tremor earlier this year that I didn’t buy because I was able to order the Lightning. The Tremor took 3 days to get from the local rail yard to my dealer. The Lightning is going on 10 days and the...
Does anyone know if the rail cars our trucks are on are covered or not? My truck will be a Florida man and I’m worried about him up in that yankee cold :)
In my experience, Ramp51/59 are for holds. Ramp 5m is for shipping. I was sitting on 51 for a micro chip hold for a few weeks. The tracking site never reflected a chip hold.
My avalanche is coming in about a month, I just got the built email. I will be tinting the light bar. I think having it blacked out to match the rest of the black trim will be perfect.
Yes, they are. The guy that sent it to me works at the plant I think. Dealers and Ford chat can’t even see all that info.
I know. It’s tough to see everyone with a blend date right around yours receiving their trucks. I need to find something to take my mind off it for a few weeks.
The dreaded micro chip hold. Lariat ER w/max tow package, deployable running boards, 511A. Blend date 12/23.
A guy on a tremor forum works at ford and will look these up for me. Very grateful.
Lariat ER. 12/23 blend, 1/4 in production. I have a tear tag and all my modules but no activity since 1/5 or so. Ford said I was NOT in a chip hold yesterday. I think it was maybe sent offsite to get deployable running boards added.
