Thank you for the feedback, it’s most helpful. So they updated the software and got the headlight working. But the light bar will not work and they say it’s an aftermarket software and device that needs to be purchased in order to get it to work. So I’m not sure what to do now.

Finally got the call today the dealer will take the 5k off as well! It took weeks of calling Ford Marketing, who FINALLY acknowledged the price protection and the they will reimburse the dealer the 5K on top of the 7k. I had a voicemail from the FM supervisor which I played for them to hear...
