The offer to extend my reservation was in January. The price protection was offered later in August when I placed my order.

I had a mach-e but sold it when I got the Maverick. Traded a Ram 1500 in on the Mach-e. The cold weather was not kind to the mach-e and it did not make a good "work truck" for me. I realize the same will hold true for the Lightning however I won't feel stupid pulling up on a farm in it :)...
Long time reader first time poster. Received build date today, submitted the form. Launch day reservation, kicked my order date out to get the pro. Ordered 8/20/22. Had this fun with my Maverick decided not to sweat things until I had a build date.
