I got the heated steering wheel activated in my 2023 Platinum about three weeks ago. It took a couple of visits about a week apart, but I have to say the service department at Villa Ford here in Orange County, CA did a great job. And I really love the heated steering wheel.

It happens to me when I drive through that very same spot on the 5 fwy by the Irvine Spectrum. It doesn't matter if I'm heading north or south. I'll be listening to music and have the navigation screen up and then, when I pass through the spot you've described, the map disappears from the screen...

My 2023 Platinum did not come with the lock. When I discovered this I had to order (and pay for) it after delivery. What do you expect for a truck that cost well north of $100,000?
