Of course as soon as I posted all was well over a week ago I had the issue after the modem build update. Pulled fuse 32 like others. That worked for a week.
Ford Pass called me back today. OTA update now anticipated first week in April. We’ll see.
I just called Ford Pass and they gave me the modem update build number for my truck. I’ve had no connectivity issues since. I hope this helps:

I contacted Ford Pass regarding this issue and they directed me to go to the dealer. Dealer installed the updated Sync 4A. See this web page:
